Ellie Stone

Ellie is an ordinary human who has grown up on modern-day Earth, in the United States. While certain particulars of the exact year and location may change, overall she comes from a practical, normal, ordinary world.

Which is why I enjoy so much in throwing her into supernatural and magical circumstances. Having Ellie come across the existence of the supernatural, or otherwise be confronted with magic (which often requires her to change her belief system), is kind of what she was made for.

She's a self-insert, a player character of sorts who doesn't know what's going on in the world that's right underneath her nose, the world people don't talk about.

She's ordinary. I play her in fantasy settings.
